Health Monitoring Requirements

There is a requirement to inform support staff of a propblem has occured in any one of the five critical components..

• The Collectors
• Kubernetes
• NATS
• The Event Store
• The Micro Services

Health Monitoring is divided into three distinct features...

• A dashboard is required, so that support staff can monitor the current state of the critical systems. This is documented in Health Monitoring Dashboard Requirements
• A feature to determine and report the status of the critical systems is required. This is documented in Health Monitoring Status Check Requirements
• An alert process is required so that if a fault is detected, support staff are informed in a timely manner. This is documented in Health Monitoring Alerting Requirements
